Aaron is a native of Middle TN and studied Finance at Tennessee Tech University.  Aaron began his career in the banking industry as a regulator before moving into corporate finance. He held financial analyst positions at a few large multinational companies before moving into supply chain. Today, Aaron is head of North American Operations for a large Norwegian seafood processor. When he's not tackling supply chain challenges, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sara and four children, being outdoors, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans. Aaron is passionate about financial literacy, philanthropy, and helping small business owners succeed.

Drew is a native of Middle TN and a graduate of Tennessee Technological University. He has spent his career in industrial engineering specializing in designing distribution and fulfillment centers for top global brands. He’s led large teams and overseen projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Currently, Drew serves as Vice President of Business Development at one of the world’s largest logistics providers. He is married to Caroline, also a native of Nashville and has three children. Drew is passionate about legacy, faith, discipline, and character. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, archery, backpacking, cycling, and running.

Chris is a native of Middle TN and a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology. With a diverse career path, he started as a Campus Minister before excelling as a technician and project manager at Twisted Pair Media, where he developed expertise in managing complex projects. In 2022, he founded VeriFi Audio Video and Security, LLC, aiming to bring innovative technology and peace of mind to households. Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband and father to two young boys. Guided by his values of faith, family, and community, he strives to make a positive impact both personally and professionally.

Lucas is a native of Middle TN and a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and Virginia Tech College of Medicine. He is a board-certified physician in both Family and Addition Medicine. His career has focused on providing excellent care to underserved populations in both patient-facing and corporate roles. One of Dr. Wilmore’s core beliefs is that common people can achieve uncommon things with hard work, integrity, and serving God through loving and respecting others. He enjoys TN football and spending time with his wife and three girls.
